This is given to students who go above and beyond in their academics and/or character. Students get to attend a Terrific Turtle Celebration, receive a yard sign, and are given a certificate. Two students are chosen per class each quarter.
This is given to students that are excelling or improving in a specific area. Students get a visit from the mascot, a classroom announcement, and treat. Two students are chosen per class each month.
Turtle Tokens are given to students for an action that demonstrates the FISH philosophy. Students can spend tokens in the Reef Store to purchase prizes, passes, use of the book vending machine, candy, etc.
The administrators set goals for the student body each quarter. If the goal is achieved, a school-wide reward is earned. Examples of these rewards have been things like movie day, PBIS Carnival, dress-up days, special events, etc.
