Dear Lancaster Families,
Welcome back to an exciting new school year at Lancaster Elementary! I hope your summer was filled with rest, joy, and special moments with loved ones. As your principal, it is my absolute pleasure to welcome each of you back to our campus for what promises to be an incredible 2025- 2026 school year!
Our school theme this year is “Power Up Your Leadership: Raise Your Game!” We are full of energy and ready to empower our students to rise to new heights as leaders, learners, and role models. At Lancaster, we believe every child has the potential to lead, and this year we are taking our commitment to student leadership to the next level!
We will continue to embrace the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Students, which serve as the foundation of our school culture. These habits help our students build character, develop strong decision-making skills, and create a positive school environment where everyone can thrive.
This year, we’re excited to incorporate even more student-led jobs and leadership roles throughout the school. Whether it’s helping run morning announcements, mentoring younger students, organizing school events, or serving on student leadership teams, our children will have meaningful opportunities to develop their voice and make an impact.
We are also sharpening our focus on goal setting and student growth. Each student will work closely with their teachers to set personalized academic and leadership goals, track their progress, and celebrate their success. When students take ownership of their learning, incredible things happen—and we can’t wait to watch them grow!

The faculty and community at Lancaster Elementary School strive to provide a quality education where students are held to high standards and respected as individuals. We envision our students taking an active role in their education and having the confidence to be risk takers in their learning. As future citizens, our students will be prepared to succeed in a technology- based, global society of the 21st century.
